Governor’s Budget to Include $150 Million for Critical Mental Health Services

In a recent release, Governor Evers signaled his plan to make significant investments in mental health in his 2021-23 biennial budget which has been introduced Tuesday, Feb 16. Governor Evers reported plans to increase funding for school-based mental health services by more than $54 million to support direct aid to public schools and grants.
